Class Description

Make gorgeous necklaces in minutes with these cool Sea Glass Pendants. They only take about 10-15 minutes to make and you can make multiple pendants while you are waiting for them to dry.
 
ARTchix Studio Supplies General Supplies and Tools
Mini pix collage sheet, or any other mini collage sheet Assorted pieces of sea glass
Assorted metal bits Modge Podge
  Varnish
  E6000 glue
  Jump rings
  Page of old book, newspaper, or dictionary
  Assorted flower and leaf beads, mine were vintage
  Assorted head pins and small gauge wire as needed for flower and leaf dangles
  Chain and round nose pliers
  Wire cutters
  Glue of choice
  Mod Podge or matte varnish
Instructions - General
1. Cover one side of the sea glass in Modge Podge and place it on the book page.

2. Look for words that will work with your piece. Make sure the glass is firmly on the page and let dry. When it is dry, cut the book page around the sea glass and varnish the back.

3. When that is dry, put your desired image on the front of the glass with the Modge Podge, and any other metal bits with the E6000 glue.

4. Varnish over everything on the front, and when it is dry, glue a jump ring or pin back to the back of the glass with the E6000 glue.

5. Slip onto a nice chain and enjoy!
