Backgrounds.
Create master sheets by painting one
large
watercolor sheet with caramel and orange acrylic paints. Stamp on small
squares (hand
carved rubber
stamps)
with burnt umber, caramel and orange acrylic paints. Paint another large
watercolor sheet with turquoise and yellow-green. Stamp on diamonds (hand
carved rubber
stamps)
with turquoise acrylic paint.
Cut the large
watercolor sheets into
3"
x
6"
pieces. You
will want 6 - 3" x 6" pieces for this project.

Stamp woman from Divas Rubber
Stamp
Sheet
with black ink onto white paper. Paint with Twinkling H2Os,
cut out and
glue to prepared 3" x 6" piece of watercolor paper.
Cut body shape from
decorative
paper and glue
on to watercolor paper.
Stamp “Beyond” (Acey Deucy) on page and attach
to
woman.
Create a necklace from turquoise thread and attach Brass Key Charm. Cut
piece from Natural Mica and attach with turquoise thread. Glue on Gold
Medieval Border and age with brown and turquoise acrylic
paints.
Glue on Brass Gears. Attach 2 eyelets on top
of page.
Computer generate text and glue onto Blank Oval Brass Tag. Attach to
bottom of page with turquoise thread. Leave ends hanging down.

Cut out music strip from Paper Snippets transparency sheet and glue on
with UHU glue stick. Glue Silver French Border onto edges and age with
brown and turquoise acrylic
paints.
Glue on found butterflies. Stamp on "Sing A Song" (PSX) with black ink
pad. Attach 2 eyelets on top
of page.

Glue fairy behind orange frame. Cut diagram from D is for Diagram
Transparency Sheet
and glue behind fairy. Stamp spirals
onto orange cardstock frame
and
edge with
red paint. Stamp on "My Friend" (PSX) with black ink. Attach to
background. Glue on Brass
Gears.
Edge with red acrylic
paints.
Attach 2 eyelets
on top of page.

with brown ink pad. Stamp head image from Classic Beauties rubber stamp
sheet with black ink onto white paper. Paint with Twinkling H2Os,
cut
out and glue to
prepared 3" x 6" piece of watercolor paper.
Attach
large and small butterflies. Stamp "Her Wish" (PSX) with black ink pad
onto white paper, cut out
and glue down.
Paint shadow with brown acrylic
paints.
Stamp on "2" (PSX) with brown ink pad. Glue on Tiny Crown
and Brass
Gear.
Edge with brown acrylic
paints.
Attach 2 eyelets on top
of page.

Cut body shape from
decorative
paper, attach head. Cut wings and number and tear strip from French
vintage ledger page. Glue wings behind woman and attach to book page. Glue
on strip and number. Paint shadow with brown acrylic
paints.
Glue man image from All My Love collage sheet onto Mini Brass Tag.
Attach with red
thread.
Stamp on month strip (Inkadinkado) and hearts (handcarved) with red ink
pad. Edge with red acrylic
paints.
Glue on
optometrist lens image from In My Closet Transparency Sheet over face of
woman.
Attach
eyelets to bottom corners and tie 2 strips of
ribbon. Attach 2 gold eyelets on top
of page.
Binding.
Cut off
12 lengths (2 for each book page) of bookbinding thread,
approx. 9"
each. Tie thread through eyelet and tie simple knot to secure thread (a
bit above page end). Proceed tying thread through all 12 eyelets on top of
pages. Thread ends through small glass beads. Take paintbrush and tie
thread around it as shown
in
picture. Again, secure thread (a bit above paintbrush) with a simple knot.
Thread ends through large glass beads and tie knot with all ends together.
If desired, trim ends. Secure binding on paintbrush and knots with glue.
Cut off 2 lengths of ribbon
and tie to both ends of paintbrush.
