		Email us at artwork@artchixstudio.com with the following: 3 pieces of your artwork with ARTchix Studio products along with a brief description of each piece. Also, feel free to include information about yourself and why you think you would be a great featured artist on our website.
What We Need If You are Selected
A paragraph about yourself....where you're from, what you love to do, favorite art medium, etc. A photo of yourself List of your 5 favorite ARTchix Studio products Your website address 3 - 5 pieces of artwork along with a list of ARTchix Studio products used in each piece and directions on how to create each piece.
How and Where To Send Us Your Art and Information
Email scans and info to artwork@artchixstudio.com. Be sure to send us each scan as an attachment, do NOT embed the photos into the body of your email. In the subject line of your email, please include the word "featured."
Our Desired File Format
JPEG/jpg file 72 dpi PC format 500 pixels at tallest or widest point White background preferred Please do NOT put any spaces, dashes or punctuation in your file name Name your file like this: FirstNameLastName_ TitleOfArtwork (For example: HelgaStrauss_ILoveParis.jpg)
A Free and Easy Way to Resize Your Files
A free and easy program to use is "IrfanView. " You can download it at http://www.irfanview.com/ Once you've installed IrfanView: Open your image using IrfanView Select Image -> Resize/Resample From the Resize/Resample dialog box: Select "set new size" Set your height or width to a maximum of 500 pixels Set DPI to 72 Click OK Then select File -> Save As to open the save dialog box: Choose a "save quality" of 40 Save as a progressive JPG
