search box on your site work?
A: The
search function can help you find what you're looking for. Search
for product names, product codes, favorite artists, artwork made from
favorite products and more. To find a specific item, it can help to put
quotation marks around the name or words. |

Q: Do you have a retail store?
A: No, we are primarily a mail order business. But if you are
in the Victoria area, please call us to set up an appointment to

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We
accept Visa, MasterCard, Pay Pal, personal checks, cash and

A: Our

Q: Do you sell your products wholesale? I have a tax ID.
A:
We wholesale our collage sheets, faux postage, rubber stamps,
fabric, German scrap and transparencies. We do not wholesale any of our
other products.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes, we ship everywhere in the world!
Our shopping cart will automatically calculate your

Q: How will my order be shipped?
A: We ship
all of our packages via Canada Post/ USPS. We take great care in
packaging our supplies so that they arrive to you in tip top shape. |

Q: How long will it take my order to arrive?
A: If you
are in the US, it will take anywhere from 4-14 days for your package
to arrive. If you are in Canada, 3-7 days. For the rest of the
world, 7-14 days. |

Q: I am in the US, will I have to pay any duty to receive my order?
A: No. To
our knowledge, as long as your order is under $400, you will receive
your order without any taxes or duty owed.

What is your refund policy?
A: If
you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us
right away. All returns will be given store credit, no refunds.
Shipping is non-refundable. You must notify us of a return prior to

Q: What happens if you run out of an item at the time of shipping my

A: We will
put your item on backorder and will ship it to you at our expense as soon

to get the item in again, we will put a credit on file for you that we

Q: If you are in Canada, why
is your pricing in US dollars?
A: The majority of our customers are in the US and the US
dollar has become a global currency. |

Q: When are you open?
A: You can generally reach us Monday through
Thursday 9am - 5pm Pacific Standard Time. Please leave a message on our
answering machine if we are unavailable. We will return your call as soon
as we possibly can.

A: Yes! We are artists too and love helping out our
fellow artists. Please feel free to sell your artwork using any of our
products. We appreciate you noting us as a source for your supplies
whenever possible. |

Q: Can I photocopy your collage sheets?
A: Yes. We understand that sometimes you need a
different size of our images or multiples, etc. Please feel free to copy
them if need be within reason. But do not copy and resell them.

published in a magazine using your products, do I get a gift?
A:
Yes! You will receive a $25 gift certificate to our
online shop if your artwork is published and ARTchix Studio is given
