Monogram Necklace

by Helga Strauss

Make this stylish, inexpensive necklace for yourself or a dear friend!

Using a 1" round punch, punch out decorative paper of your choice.

Stick on an alphabet sticker.

Pull out a Wood Tag and glue the paper to it. I used Crafter's Pick Ultimate glue.

Use pencil or an awl to poke paper to reveal the hole at the top.

Add a layer of Ranger's Glossy Accents. Let dry.

Yay, here it is all dry (only took an hour or two). Bruno gives his paw of approval.

Paint a Wood Daisy Charm with acrylic paint.

Add jump rings to the daisy and round tag. And, add a bead to the head pin.

Wire wrap the head pin, so that the bead is ready to add to the necklace.

Add another jumpring to attach the round tag and bead to the daisy. Then tie on some black cord.

Ta da! All ready to wear! I think this necklace would also look nice as a short necklace too. It's super lightweight so no neck pain, yay. : )
