Q: Do you have a retail store?
A: No, we are primarily a mail order business. But if you are in the Victoria area, please call us to set up an appointment to shop at our warehouse in the West Shore area: 250-370-9985.

A: You can order by mail using our printable order form.

Q: Do you sell your products wholesale? I have a tax ID.
A: We wholesale our collage sheets, faux postage, German scrap, playing cards and transparencies. We do not wholesale any of our other products. Please email us with your company name and contact info, and we'll be happy to send you our wholesale pricing and information.

A: Yes, we ship everywhere in the world! Our shopping cart will automatically calculate your shipping cost for you.

Q: How will my order be shipped?
A: We ship all of our packages via Canada Post/ USPS. We take great care in packaging our supplies so that they arrive to you in tip top shape.

Q: How long will it take my order to arrive?
A: If you are in the US, it will take anywhere from 4-14 days for your package to arrive. If you are in Canada, 3-7 days. For the rest of the world, 7-14 days.

Q: I am in the US, will I have to pay any duty to receive my order?
A: No. To our knowledge, as long as your order is under $400, you will receive your order without any taxes or duty owed.

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us right away. Shipping is non-refundable. You must notify us of a return prior to returning any items.

Q: What happens if you run out of an item at the time of shipping my order?
A: We will put your item on backorder and will ship it to you at our expense as soon as it comes into stock. Or, if we are no longer able to get the item in again, we will put a credit on file for you that we will apply toward your next order.

Q: If you are in Canada, why is your pricing in US dollars?
A: The majority of our customers are in the US and the US dollar has become a global currency.

Q: When are you open?
A: You can generally reach us Monday through Thursday 9am - 5pm Pacific Standard Time. Please leave a message on our answering machine if we are unavailable. We will return your call as soon as we possibly can.

Q: I am an artist and want to sell the artwork I make using your products. May I?
A: Yes! We are artists too and love helping out our fellow artists. Please feel free to sell your artwork using any of our products. We appreciate you noting us as a source for your supplies whenever possible.

Q: Can I share or resell your digital downloads?
A: No. Our digital downloads are for individual use only. Please do not resell, upload, sell, or otherwise distribute these files. But, you are welcome to use the images in artwork you sell, and you can re-use them as many times as you like.

Q: Can I photocopy your collage sheets?
A: Yes. We understand that sometimes you need a different size of our images or multiples, etc. Please feel free to copy them if need be within reason. But do not copy and resell them.

Q: If my art is published in a magazine using your products, do I get a gift?
A: Yes! You will receive 3 free sheets of your choice from our online shop if your artwork is published and ARTchix Studio is given credit as a source.
